Chapter 10, Verse 38
दण्डो दमयतामस्मि नीतिरस्मि जिगीषताम्। मौनं चैवास्मि गुह्यानां ज्ञानं ज्ञानवतामहम्৷৷
daṇḍō damayatāmasmi nītirasmi jigīṣatām. maunaṅ caivāsmi guhyānāṅ jñānaṅ jñānavatāmaham৷৷
Translation
I am the Sceptre of rulers, the Strategy of the conquerors, the Silence of mystery, the Wisdom of the wise.

दण्डः the sceptre, दमयताम् among punishers, अस्मि (I) am, नीतिः statesmanship, अस्मि (I) am, जिगीषताम् among thoese who seek victory, मौनम् silence, च and, एव also, अस्मि (I) am, गुह्यानाम् among secrets, ज्ञानम् the knowledge, ज्ञानवताम् among the knowers, अहम् I.
